Privacy · Jaryah Books

This notice explains what we do with the details you send us. Jaryah Books is run by Jaryah Ltd, and you can reach us at books@jaryah.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, your email address and what you tell us about your book, through the form on this site or by email.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send you a quote and, if we work together, deliver your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then the contract itself.

Who sees it

Only the two of us. The form is processed by our website host and delivered to our inbox. We never sell or share your details, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, and project records for as long as the law requires for our accounts.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Everything, fonts included, is served from our own website.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing books@jaryah.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
